No service for Streak? Isn't this Cheating?

Hello,

I'm a new dell customer.i bought my streak last week. I just came to know that dell doesn't offer any service to its product after an break of glass or any other issues. Dell as a multinational company should have a service center to repair its own product,Unlike many chinese products in the market which are Use and throw.

I bought 3 laptops and 2 streaks last week and I must say I was very much disappointed from the begining. The order numbers dint get through for the first 4 days and after which i was wrongly billed and Imagine sending the product to a wrong Address. I may be an exception in having these number of things going bad but i must say dell service is on a downhill.

Now when dell says - Once bought we cant help you with anything regarding the Streak is cheating in my book  !!
