Open Source Components for Venue 8 7840?

When will Dell be posting the open source components for the latest OS update (5.0.2) for the Venue 8 7840? The OS update was available at the beginning of May, and now it's been almost two months without posting the kernel source and developer tools. Will we get this soon? Thanks.
