Question about venue 11

Hello everybody.

my venue 11 pro is hanging last night I got some unwanted programs popping up in my windows that I don't need or want, anyway, I choice to remove them as I did remove when it was done    it read  " you must restart your computer to continue to remove the program, so I did. but it never got back to windows OS it just hang at the startup option. I see a blue screen   that's it, so what do I need to do now  thanks for you help
