Touch keyboard does not work after installing Windows 8.1 Dell Venue 11 Pro 5055
Hello friends
I'm sorry to disturb you but I can't find a solution to my problem and I'm really struggling.
I have the Venu 11 Pro model:
Dell model T14G Reg Type No: T14G001
Since my installation of Windows 8.1 everything works except the touch, the touch does not work at all, yet the tablet is really new, very little used, i really need your help, please, i wish you that happiness, thank you in advance for guiding this poor man who does not find a solution,

Hello, I have made a diagnostic of the tablet, I get some errors that I wanted to share for ease of understanding of my problem. When starting up following the Dell logo I press the volume up button to perform the diagnostic. Here is the result :
Model: 1Y2DC82
Fail PSA V4234 Error 2000: 0333. Video-User provided no input for graphic test
Fail PSA V4234 Error 2000: 0334. Video-User reported the patterns were not displayed
