Venue 11: Pen needs hard pressing

Hi there,

I'm new to the Dell Venue 11 and its pen. I read quite a few post about the pen not working properly, but the issues seem to be somewhat different to mine.

I had two pens by now.

The first I ordered needed really hard pressing to get even the faintest line out of it (I was really worried about breaking the screen), so I returned it.

I have now received a new pen, and the issue is kind of similar, you really need to press hard to get anything out of the pen, it seems not quite as much pressing is needed but certainly more than I would press a normal pen on paper. I'm also not able to make a thicker or thinner line with the pen depending on how hard I press.

So I begin to wonder what's wrong here.

Is this issue probably related to the tablet rather than the pen?

Is there a way I can adjust sensitivity of the pen?

Does anyone have similar issues?

Both pens are Revision A02.
