Is it possible to upgrade the Dell Venue 11 Pro (5130 32Bit version) to the 64 Bit version by installing the 64Bit bios version?

And is-it possible to update the boot/restore partition to a Windows 8.1 64Bit?

At the begining the 32Bit version was installed because of lack of the 64Bit driver for the Atom. But now, the 64 bit driver are out and i want to go to the 64 Bit version.
