Venue 11 Pro 7130 - No Sound After Resuming From Sleep

Hi

I have a 7130 and have an issue that after resuming the device from sleep audio no longer functions.  Rebooting the device restores the operation of the sound card. The device is present in device manager and reporting as functioning OK.  I'm not on mute, have tried different volumes and programs etc.

Not a hardware issue as such as sound does work on a clean boot.

Anyone have any thoughts? I have searched the forum and could not find anyone reporting similar.

Hi, I have the same issue and I've found similar topics on forums.

Any reaction from Dell support?

Hi sorry for the delay in getting back to you. No I have never heard from anyone in regards to this issue. Suspected it was just me as I have not had anything on this forum either. I will double check if I still have the issue today,  as I hardly ever suspend at all these days.

Just to let you know that I no longer have this issue.  I do have sound after resuming from suspend / sleep.

I am running the latest BIOS and updates, I am afraid I cannot confirm what fixed this issue, but it is fixed.
