If your in chennai go to Dell Service Centre they upgrade it ok

:O Hi,
I am from Nepal . I just bought a Dell xcd35 in Kathmandu. So far I dont think there is any dell service center here in Nepal. What should i do to have my android upgraded?? Please help.. Should I come to India? Or is there any Home Recipies??
