android 3.2 for streak 7

on one of the forum pages i read a post by a mr. chen about an upgrade to android 3.2. i have not found anything further about it. the description the retailer posted also stated it had 3.2, but it shows 2.2.2 on screen. my settings states there is no upgrade available. i'd like to do the upgrade. can you help?
