DellEMC Unity 350F lun response time is getting worse day by day
We have a nearly brandnew Unity 350 F with 14 SSD 4 Disk (1.94 TB). It is operating since the beginning of February. Since last week we can´t work with the VM´s on our datastore luns anymore. Since then the lun Response time were increasing from 1.9 to 2.5 ms to nearly seconds, but the unity is issuing no error.
We have Software Version 4.22.9632250, our Frontend FC-Ports are cabled to Connectrix 300B with FabOS 7.4.2b.
Does anyone know any issues in such an Environment which can nearly shutdown the Unitys Performance?

what is the supported IOPS per SSD drive? How much is the IOPS generated overall on the array ( from all data stores).

I would suggest to open a service request to get it troubleshooted
a health check cant hurt either

The IOPS the System is producing are rather small ones from 4 up 120 IOPS, but the bandwidth is much bigger than that. We have a meantime bandwidth from 20 to 25 MB/s, some burst are going to 70 to 80 MB/s.

check if there is a metric for IO size. From the provided details the average IO size is close to 200KB. So you would see a higher response time compared that of 32KB or 64KB IO size. What is the read/write ratio here?
