UnityVSA (CE) - Cannot get to licensing page
Hi, For several weeks I have been unable to get to the evaluation licensing page referred to in this document:
https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-53007 I reach the login page for support.emc.com, log in, then the eval page is just blank. I have tried this daily for several weeks. I have seen this behaviour previously as well. Sometimes the page works, but most of the time it doesn't. Is there anyone that can help with this?

This has been raised to IT and should be fixed shortly
In the meantime you can open a service request and get the licensing team to generate a license for you

Could you try:

Thanks!
I suggest just editing the link in the document I referenced, as it it not only the top result on Google, it is also being referenced by EMC in multiple locations as instructions for licensing
The link you sent, loads the page. Great!
However, once I submit my UUID, I get a javascript pop-up saying:
Not connected .
Verify Network.
I have tried from multiple devices and network, and I am not able to get it to work. Any ideas?

Same issue here. The suggested work arounds do not work either.

Hi,
Can you try it from incognito mode? Can you provide screenshots of the error? The other way to get a license is the following steps.
Contact the Dell EMC Support Line by calling 800-782-4362, option 4, option 4, (at any time) and they will assist you and/or create an SR on your behalf.
Information needed in the Service Request:
Software Part Numbers – 456-110-674 UnityVSA CE 4TB=IC
Quantity/Capacity – Qty 1
Machine information: UUID
Site Info
If this is a Dark Site, please inform Licensing of this
Reason for trial license = UVSA CE Trial License Website is down
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
