Why has download for Unity VSA Community Edition for updates been removed?

Why has access to updates for the Unity VSA Community Edition been removed?

We used to be able to download the updates, but now it looks like only Dell accounts with an Active Support agreement can download updates (or even see them)

When will this be restored and if not, why not?

With the security issues in UnityOS being left unfixed, it is unpleasant to allow the Community Edition to be vulnerable to problems, and it also leaves a very bad impression of the Unity in general.
