How to replace Service Processor for VMAX 40K?
I cannot find SP Replacement procedure on Online Solve and Support portal.
If anyone have this procedure, please give me it.
(and any other symmetrix series too.)

Hello FLD_MS,
The procedure for replacing an SP is for tech support, partners and field techs. You will need to open a support case in order to get an SP replaced as there are steps that support needs to do both before and after the SP replacement. SP replacement is not a customer replaceable part.
