LDAP config with SMC
We have SMC 7.3.3.3 configured for LDAP. No errors when I clicked "apply" and the LDAP-SSL box is checked under authentication. However, when we log out and get back to the log in prompt, there is no LDAP drop down box or anything. Entering the username with domain/username is not working either. Is there additional config required?

There wont be any LDAP dropdown. WHat LDAP is this? Can you post the screenshot of your LDAP config?

I have the same configuration which fails saying the Ldap server is down. But the servers are online which is worked on the VNX ldap configuration.

couple of basic things that you can check while configuring LDAP authentication:
1) DNS resolution is working. You can ping with dns name from smc host.
2) you can telnet to AD server on port 389
