DM IO Module SWAP
I need to swap out the 4x1G Module on the DMs for the 2x10G Modules. Can someone confirm whether I can install the 10G module on the same slot as the 4x1G Module, or if it needs to be on a different slot? I know in the older systems when installing new IO modules on the SP's that it had to be on specific slot...not sure with the new VNX2s.

The procedure to add/upgrade I/O modules on the DMs is different from that of the SPs. What you want to do can be done, but you will need to delete any existing interfaces that are using the 1Gbe module.

Hi sorry for the late inputs. Just for quick question. if I upgrade io module on DM and SP,config like IP add,needs to be re- configured?
