Error Rollback failed

During a rollback I have the error 32924, how to solve this problem please ?

Hi Tony,

The issue seems to be here with provisioning as you are trying to modify storage and that is failing.

Few troubleshooting that you can try:

- Restart Unisphere management software

  • Settings-->service system
  • Click on restart management software and click on execute service action
  • This will restart Unisphere software without any downtime
  • This activity will take 5 minutes to restart services

- Reboot storage processors one at a time

  • settings-->service system
  • Select SPA from left panel and click on reboot from right panel
  • Perform the reboot and wait until SPA comes back online
  • Perform same for SPB as well

Note: If failover is not configured properly between SP, there might be chances of loosing connectivity during storage processor reboot.

If rebooting of storage processor is not an option for you, I would recommend to open a ticket with VNXe team to look into this issue.
