FC bandwidth measured in bits or bytes?

I was looking at my Analyzer numbers for my SPs and imagine my suprise when I saw the attached graph.  Are those numbers in Bits or Bytes?

The other SP doesn't look anything this bad, so I'm manually moving some LUNs to the other SP, but I think I'm going to need to get some more HBAs if I'm reading this correctly.
