Remove LUN assigned to VNX5300 NAS
Kindly i have VNX5300 Unified and i need to remove 4 LUNs from NAS Storage group.
Does this will affect the current only one share created on the box.

You really do not want to do this. The VNX datamover spreads the filesystem information across all of the available LUNs within the pool. Deleting LUNs from the pool without moving the filesystem data off them will result in data loss. The data is the share will be gone and unrecoverable.
Users who are familiar with VNX automated volume manager (AVM) and manual volume management understand the pitfalls and know the trouble with doing this work safely. If you don't know the implication of this action, open a ticket with EMC. They can help explain the issue and provide steps to safely move your data and delete your LUNs.

you could check whether they are used but there is a high chance that they are
