VNX5400 VAULT disk utilization
Hello,
what is your experience with utilization of VAULT drives (disk 0-3 in DPE0/DAE0) in VNX2 series?
In my particular case, there is quite high utilization of disks 0-2 - see picture bellow. It is VNX5400 block Flare33 with enabled services like FAST, FAST Cache, Thin provisioning and Block deduplication. Vault drives are 600GB SAS 10k.

The vault disk layout is like below. There are several reserved space (for File System LUNs) on disk 3, so disk 0-2 would be more busy.

I have (2) 7600's that have stats logging set at 60 seconds and on both the vault disks are doing about 150 IOPS!!! (All day) and about 7ms latency. I looked at a 5300 with stats logging @ 60 seconds and they are doing about 3 IOPS.

Sounds very high Ben. Does it calm down if you disable data logging ? (temporarily)
