VNXE3100 - Swap SSD
Hi guys,
We have a failed SSD drive on our storage processor and our support contract has lapsed. Don't worry, the box isn't a mission critical machine. I was just wondering if I can throw any blank SSD in to replace the failure, or does it have to be the 14GB SSD from EMC?

Yes - you need a Dell EMC specific disk as the format and firmware on the disk is specifically for EMC arrays. Off the shelf SSD's will not work.
