Manually create a pool based on disk type
1.Click System > Storage Pools.

2.Click Configure Disks to start the Disk Configuration wizard.

3.In the Select Configuration Mode step, choose Manually create a new pool, select by Disk Type, and click Next.

4.In the Specify a Pool Name step, enter a name and description for the new storage pool, and click Next.

5.In the Select Storage Type step, select an entry from the list of storage types. The list shows the types of disks available on the system along with the maximum storage capacity you can obtain using a particular RAID level and configuration (for example RAID 10 3+3). After choosing a storage type, click Next.

6.In the Select Amount of Storage step, select the number of available disks to assign to the new pool, and click Next.

The selected storage type and the associated RAID level and configuration determines the number of disks that you can allocate to the pool in each grouping. For example, because SAS disks using RAID level 10 are configured in 3+3 configurations, you must allocate them in groups of six.

7.Verify the information shown in the Summary page, and click Finish.

How can I create a custom pool ?

"Raid10 contains minimum 6 disks (3+3)", but can we also create 4+4 Raid10 or 5+5... and so on ?

is it possible ?
