Kill pending task in ViPR?

Is there a way to stop a Tenant task in ViPR when it's obvious that the job has otherwise failed? I ran two jobs to create new volumes on a virtual VNX array from vRA in an EHC environment.

vRA showed that both jobs had failed immediately, but I can see that ViPR still shows them as Pending.

ViPR lists the two volumes (both 0B in size) in its inventory. I can't delete either of them from the inventory because they both have Create Volume tasks that are still ostensibly running, but I can't kill those tasks either, and after 16+ hours runtime with no further progress it doesn't look like either task will timeout on its own either.

Thanks in advance!

Hi James,

I recommend opening a case with support since there is some manual intervention with the ViPR Controller database involved.

Thanks,
Frank
