Baronna, Go to McAfee support and find BlackM tool. This is found by selecting virus scan 7 and looking at the right problems. (time consuming) You can also download the McAfee Virtual Technician and run it. Both give you instructions on what to do. You can then install the correct files. Possibly, you will need to remove the virus scan completely and re-install it. Be sure your product is registered before you do this. I should have added this forum site for you.
