Adware.Look2me and Spyware.Look2me
I have both on these on my computer. Now, I've manually looked through the registry and found where they are at but I'm having second thoughts about modifying or deleting them. I fear that if I do that, then I screw up the computer and the way it works.
I'm a 2nd entry-level programmer and this registry stuff I'm starting to get a hang of it but I fear that I would screw the computer up because its not my computer to begin with.
Norton found Adware.Look2me.
Ad-Aware, Spy-Doctor, and Ewido found Spyware.Look2me.
What these things do is that they are hard to delete because of a replicating script and I'm guessing that everytime I logon, it creates a random *.dll file, which contains the malicious script.
So if anyone is willing to help me, I'd be most apprieciative.

I hope this will help.

Although, it did verify the registry that I found and it is that. I already have Spyware-Doctor on my machine. That does not get rid of the problem.
Actually, I've heard that in my neck of the woods... *meaning: region* Many people are having the same diagonosis as I am. So I am not alone here.
I guess we are on the verge of some sort of popup frenzy.
