Adware.cmdService keeps getting onto my system

Was wondering if anyone can help me out with this. For the past 2 weeks ive been having some serious spyware issues and whatnot. After running all different types of antispyware programs : CounterSpy,Adaware,cwshredder,ccleaner,bitdefender,and kill box, ive eliminated alot of the problems.... However this particular file:
Adware.cmdService, shows up on every scan with counter spy and is removed only to reappear on the next scan which I run back to back. It is not picked up by any of the other anti-spyware programs. If anyone can tell me how to permanetly remove this I would would be extremely greatful. Anyway heres the log from Counter spy to shred some light on it.
