An unwanted PROGRAM : sftservice.exe

Hi !  Good evening.  

Of late, the installed anti virus software on my  laptop [ emsisoft  ] is showing time and again that there is an unwanted program held in my system.  The path being shown is as:

                C:\program files(x86)\dell backup and recovery\sftservice.exe

a.  Request to guide/help to address this problem. Tried to quarantine the same but in vain.

b.  A screenshot is enclosed for ready reference.

c.  Details of my laptop :    >    DELL Inspiron 15 3000 series - Model 3542 – Black.
