I just received my new Dell venue 8 tablet. Do I need to get anti virus software for it?

Hi edmoshynski,
Do you have a Venue 8 with Windows or Android? You may get other opinions, but I would say that you do need an anti-malware on your tablet. ESET has an excellent one for Windows. If you are using Android. ESET has one for that as well, but Malwarebytes has a free anti-malware for Android.

I also have the Venue 8 with Win 8.1. Looking for suggestions for anti-virus, malware, spyware, etc. Minimal size preferred and willing to use a paid service - if they offer more protection.
