Cannot Read Excel or Word Files

Question

I can't see much wrong with that log file Joe?

I'm assuming she has Microsoft Office installed, because that's obviously what she'd need to read Word and Excel files?

She could always download/install Excel Viewer and Word Viewer until you can figure out what's causing the problem of course :emotion-5:
