Counter spy compatible with McAfee sec ctr.

I have McAfee security center on my dim.8250 (virus scan,Firewall & Privacy serv.)

I bought CounterSpy from sunbelt-software after seeing it recommended by DELL,but when I install it and run a scan and take the recomended action my McAfee security ctr will not load. Also when I try to start AOL I get an error message. I have to do a system restore to get McAfee and AOL back.

Can CounterSpy and McAfee both live on my PC or should I return CounterSpy before the 30 day grace period is up?
