DLL problems..(Error loading c:\Progra~1|3721|helper.dll)

Question

Hi there..   1. I get this error message every time I open my laptop:   Error loading c:\Progra~1\3721\helper.dll The specified module could not be found   2. And a bigger problem on my Dimension Computer:   When I want to open a page (almost anything), I get following message:   MPFSERVICE.exe BAD IMAGE The application or DLL c:\'program' is not valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette. I've allready REPAIRED Windows using the installation CD, and I've tried to restore my Computer to earlier point. Nothing helps..     Anyone that know what I can do about these problems? Thanks a lot..

Lets try to address one pc at a time.

1st PC, with the error message does windows boot up at all? Or do you just get the error message and Windows fails to boot? Please respond.

2nd PC

Boot up your pc

Turn off any antivirus or antispyware programs

Close all open windows or programs

Click - Start - Run - type in "sfc /scannow" - Return

After the scan finishes ( which may take a few minutes)

Then reboot your PC and see if that corrects your problem

Sorry, I've been off for a couple of days.

1. computer:

I get the message when I boot the computer, but I can easely click it away, and windows and all programs seems ok.. The message is just there EVERY time I start up.

2.Computer.. More and more problems, ended with black screen, and everything was f.. up! So I sarted the computer with ctrl F11 and made it like the day I got it from Dell. I didn't lose much, just have to install a few favorite programs and games.. But thanks anyway..

MyCyber The error message you are getting  MPFSERVICE.exe  is related to your McAfee program. You may need to reinstall to correct. On the other PC, sorry you had to do that   bamajim
