Welcome to the forum.
I don't think you problem is with your Winamp 6 player, why do you ?
Let's make some changes, I will delete the Winamp player, with other deletetions.
Open your HJT program and tick these entries:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,CustomizeSearch = res://C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar\toolbar.dll/sa
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {42FD7AA8-E482-4FD8-92A2-72298B5A9C31} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\acbj.dll (file missing)

Now with all programs closed except the HJT program hit your FIX button.
Reboot, rescan and repost a new log.
See if your system behaves any better and let me know.

But I think you can put Winamp back in with no problem to what we fixed.
