Malwarebytes--Chameleon?

I recently downloaded the free version of malwarebytes and scanned my computer with it.  In one of the windows it mentioned "Chameleon" and is giving me the opportunity to download it.  I don't quite understand what "Chameleon" is used for?  Is it to be downloaded only if one cannot download Malwarebytes or does it also have a purpose even if Malwarebytes is already on the computer?
