One bad thing...Wild Tangent. Kill it in Add/Remove Programs.
I would also run the programs listed on this page...bolded ones especially. Not as a cure, but as a prevention so you DON'T get About:blank or other exploits. People who don't use these free programs come here again and again and again. *;-)

Spybot 1.3 pegs WT as hostile...just ran it on a two computers last week and it showed up in results. It's a gray area program to some anti-malware folks...but not allowed within ten feet of my computers.
I have a couple of questions that I hope you can help me with.
I installed ad-aware, do I also need to install spybot search & destroy, or is one of these programs sufficient?
Also the same goes for spywareblaster and spywareguard, are both of these programs necessary or is one sufficient ?(I installed spywareblaster).
Is there a tutorial on how to use IE-SPYAD?, because I,m not sure how to install it.
My last question is when you run disc cleanup, is it safe to have all the catergories with files deleted (temporary internet files, debug dump files, setup log files, temporary files, webclient temporary publisher files, and compress old files) or only certain ones?
I highlighted all the programs you mentioned on my all clean page because I think they are all needed. Each one does something the others don't do. There may be some duplication of protection (Teatimer for example in Spybot S&D and SpywareGuard) but I always say you can never be too rich, too thin, or have enough malware prevention tools.
As for Disk Cleanup...the main caveat is if a person installed Office and doesn't have the CD for maintenance issues. In that case, save the Office Setup folder from deletion in DC as it will appear in the final categories.
From MS Help: "Disk Cleanup helps free up space on your hard drive. Disk Cleanup searches your drive, and then shows you temporary files, Internet cache files, and unnecessary program files that you can safely delete. You can direct Disk Cleanup to delete some or all of those files."
I check all the selected categories and click OK at the end of Disk Cleanup. (Except for caveat previously mentioned).

Dell has some hiccups on occasion. Your log looks pretty good (update it though... to 1.98 version). See FAQ 5 at:
