Question Regarding McAfee Subscription and Factory Defaults
Hello there,
I've been plagued by a peculiar issue that prevents any programs opened a few minutes after startup to respond properly; however, I would very much favor a clean reboot using Dell Datasafe's image at Factory defaults.
That being said, I want to know if the 3 year subscription of McAfee bundled with my Dell N4030 laptop (bought new from Dell website) is also present in the backup image?
This concern is also due to my parent not having known if the McAfee license is associated with any of our email accounts prior to purchase. Is there any way to check for this?
Please advice.

(additional information)If it helps, the backup image is located in a partition on the hard disk. However, I am too timid to tamper with it. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. It has occurred to me to do the same; after a moment of tampering and luck turned up on my side. Again, thank you for the advice.
