You seem to have cleared the Winfixer itself but there's more work to do.
I would suggest that you either print out these instructions or save them as a text file with Notepad to your desktop because we will be restarting into Safe Mode later on in the fix and you might not be able to access the Internet. Read this instructions carefully and feel free to ask if you're unsure about something

There are some items in your HJT log that need attention

Please read these instructions carefully. You may wish to print them out for reference.
If you do not understand ANYTHING please ask for clarification before starting.
Do not run any other programs while you carry out this fix.

Let each process run to completion before starting the next
Please download the following programs:
Note: don't run them yet! There is an order we need to follow
- - Download CCleaner and install, but do not run it yet.

You should uninstall some search programs using "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel:
Go into Control Panel.
Double-click "Add or Remove Programs".
Look in the Currently installed programs box for each program listed below and if it is there:
If it is there - Click on it to select it.
Click Change (or Change/Remove) button.

If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click "Yes"

If you get any "instruction" windows pop up please read them very carefully. Some software like to have confusing options in order to get you keep them on your system.

Please set your system to show
all files
Click Start.
Open My Computer
SelectTools menu
Click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Select Show hidden files and foldersin the Hidden files and folders section.
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Uncheck the Hide file extensions for known file types option.
Click Yes.
Click OK.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ UWAS5LP_0001_0811NetInstaller.exe
Exit the Task Manager when finished.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Carefully place a check against each of the following, if they are still there:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://bfc.myway.com/search/de_srchlft.html

Close all open windows and click on Fix Checked. When finished and exit HijackThis.
- Restart Windows XP in Safe mode
- - Restart the computer.
  - Some computers have a progress bar that refers to the word BIOS. Others may not let you know what is happening.
  - As soon as the BIOS loads, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
  - If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. If this happens, restart the computer and try again.
  - Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, select Safe mode and hit enter.

Use Windows explorer to find and delete the following files or directories:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ UWAS5LP_0001_0811NetInstaller.exe ===== This file
C:\Program Files\ MyWaySA ==== This directory
Exit Explorer, and reboot afterwards.

Now, run CCleaner.
- Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
- Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.

Go to www.trendmicro.com, and:
1. Click "Free Online Scan".
2. Click "Scan now, it's free". - It'll take a few minutes to download (especially with a dialup connection), so be patient. When it's down:
4. Select all available drives.
5. Check(tick) "Auto Clean".
6. Click "Scan" and allow it to scan your system and clean what it finds. - If it reports finding anything without cleaning it let me know what it is.

Reboot.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we will take another look.
