Server processor running at 80% & CBL listings

My Server (SBS2003 on DELL 1800 2.8 XEON 4GB RAM) is constantly running with 80-90% processor usage and I continually find the domain listed in the CBL regardless of my attempts to remove / lock down.  Symantec 10_2 shows no infections, am using Spam Soap to clean inbound mail.  When I cutover from symantec protection for Exchangeto Spam Soap is when the problem began to present.  CBL listings then began and processor usage has skyrocketed.  One main processor hog DKab1err.exe was manually terminated hours before I ran HijackThis.  It helped about 20%.  I do not see anything malicious, but I am at my wits ends.  Can someone lend a helping hand?  Much appreciatted.
