Task Manager will not open and many other components not working

Question

Mainly my Task Manager will not open when pressing ctrl+alt+delete it will say task manager has been disabled by your administrator. Im the administrator on my comp and still this message will come up. What Should i do 2 fix this problem????

First, see if Ad-Aware and SpyBot can clean out these problems. If not, please download HijackThis, an analysis and repair tool, install it, and post its log back to this thread in a reply
