Unable to install the pre-installed McAfee antivirus software again.
I had purchased Dell Inspiron N5050 laptop few months back. I was give pre-installed MsAfee antivirus.
Later I formatted my system. Since that I am not able to re-install the same.
Please resolve ASAP.

Do you have the disc so that you can reinstall? If that was unsuccessful, and you have registered with McAfee, contact them so they can access your record and advise you.

Were you able to get your problem resolved?
When you first started using your PC, McAfee should have prompted you to create an online account to register your subscription. If you have done this, you can simply log into your McAfee account with the details you used, and from there you will be able to download your McAfee software.

If you didn't register your McAfee subscription, your next step (as Bugbatter mentioned above) would be to contact McAfee Customer Service. You can do this by Instant Chat, Email or Phone. The service is FREE of charge.
