Unable to install the pre-installed McAfee antivirus software again.
I had purchased Dell Inspiron N5050 laptop few months back. I was give pre-installed MsAfee antivirus.
Later I formatted my system. Since that I am not able to re-install the same.
Please resolve ASAP.

Hi era.sharma31,
Do you have the disc so that you can reinstall? If that was unsuccessful, and you have registered with McAfee, contact them so they can access your record and advise you.

my mcAfee anti virus is not genuine, can i used other anti virus found in the net?
