Very Slow Laptop

Hi!

I am new to the Dell Community and was recommended by "Hijack This" for you to read my log after I ran a Scan.  My laptop has been starting up and running very slow--thought I'd try "Hijack This," but don't know how to read the scan. 

Thanks for any help you can give me.  I really appreciate it.
