What is viewpoint experience technology

From what i have read this is spywear which is bundled with aol softwear,how do i get rid of it? have tryed and it keeps coming back,any help would be great.

Viewpoint is installed by AOL 9.0 and you could remove it from the add/remove programs.About it being spyware is debatable.Though some do term it as spyware

Also in the 2010 the plugin for Firefox of the Viewpoint was blocked:

bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi

(I am here searchin for this isssue and this thread was the firs result of Google :D )
