Remarks:
1) I have this update installed on my system, and have NOT encountered any problems.

2) While this update was classified as "optional", keep in mind that if you choose not to install it when offered, or if you now decide to uninstall it, these "patches" will all  be bundled into April’s Patch Tuesday update next week... so hopefully, Microsoft will get things fixed by then.
