WinFixer Problem/ Pop-Up (HJT Log)

Hello,

     I'm having problems with pop-ups and have determined that it has to do with a program called Winfixer. I was wondering if anyone could help me.  I have posted Hijack This and a Panda Active Scan Log Below.
