Thanks for letting me know. I did a Trend M housecall and it completed and system had 102 spyware and 6 viruses but all cleaned. Then I did a manual scan on the client from the server's TM and its showing as clean. However its still jamming at 76% when I do the manual scan directly from the machine.  Because its showing clean I am going to let the user back online. I hope I am making the right decision?
