dw.exe-DLL-please help..

:smileysad:Hello I was wondering if you or any one could help me...   Every time I shut down my computer the message (de.exe-DLL  application was unable to install because windows is shutting down.)    it would be better if it said what application so I could remove it or install it but it does not.   Telling me this message when windows is turning off is useless.:smileyindifferent:   does it have some thing to do with msn or some thing..I don't know..please help..   when I do systems scan shows every thing running normal-- but some thing when shutting down again.,

you've typed two different names   dW.exe, and dE.exe   a quick search of the net indicates that dW.exe   could be download- Ware, an Internet download accelerator, which is installed with programs such as as MovieNetworks, Medialoads and PAgent.  it is considered a security risk, which should be removed.   for more details, see:   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/dw-1467.html   http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/DownloadWare.html
