There are signs of P2P file sharing programs on the system
Before we continue can I ask you to please read all the information in the link below as it contains information about Peer2Peer programs, Not only is it illegal to download from P2P and torrent sites it is also a breeding ground for malware and more than likely the reason you were infected. It would be futile to try and remove any infection on your system all the time P2P programs are installed.

uTorrent
Then please uninstalll anything else running on the machine that may relate to P2P files sharing or Cracked Software.
Then please post me a fresh HJT log. Please go to "Format" on the notepad toolbar and UNcheck "Wordwrap" before posting the log.
