help needed with exploit-byte trojan

i have dell inspirion 600m with Macfee viruscan. i receive a security warning on my desktop stating that the m/c wont work in normal mode as some trojan at some address if found and the msg asked to run antispyware or antivirus to resolve this problem... i had run viruscan...it detected the trojan and i removed it too....

after removinig i turned off the system restore and restarted my PC. but that message is still displayed...can anyone help me to get back my m/c to normal mode...
