kernel64.exe cannot be found - at startup

hello,
after removing some spyware from my computer (by spybot search and destroy), log: "kernel64.exe cannot be found" at startup apears. deleting registry command calling this exe file does not solve this problem - after restart registry are changed again and system is searching for kernel64 again. this file (probably virus) i did not found on my disk - only in zip file in one of spybots folders named smitfraudc.zip. according recommandation found on your forum i tested my system by hijackthis and here i send you results. could you advice me, what to do next? thank you.

Hi,

 It´s simple:
 Click Start/Run
 Write: sysedit (did u remember win98... ;-D)
And so, seach the line that content "run=c:\windows\system32\kernel32.exe"
 U need to erase "c:\windows\system32\kernel32.exe"
 ...
Your line´ll be just like this: "run="
 OK?!
 See u

I did the sysedit but couldn't find the "run= etc. Is there any other easy way to fix this? Is it a virus? Thanks
