What you will need to do is remove those programs and download clean ones to a clean computer. Save them to a USB flashdrive or CD so you can rename and transfer them to the infected computer. * You must rename them before transferring. There is a chance that you may need to attach some files once a helper gets into your fix. Currently that option is unavailable here and is being worked on. Just so you do not have to wait longer, I suggest posting at SpywareHammer. There are instructions HERE for posting at SpywareHammer. Please let them that you are unable to run those programs so they can walk you through downloading and renaming each scanner.

Malware is probably stopping them.
Can you change the names of the scanners?
For example change the following:
Super Anti-spyware to mysuperhero.exe
Malwarebytes to squashes.exe
HijackThis to lookaround.exe
Then see if they will run with their new names.
squashes

Additional forums that offer malware removal can be found at this link in the recommended sites section on the left side of this page: http://hjt-data.trendmicro.com/hjt/analyzethis/index.php
Please post at only ONE so you do not tie up two or more helpers working on the same issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
