Unless you were having malware problems prior to that, it is probably not due to an infection. I suggest posting for help on a general computer problems forum or a Microsoft Operating Systems Forum. Because of forum upgrades, these Dell forums will be in read-only mode for 5 days, and that may prevent you from addressing your problem in a timely manner. You might try posting on SpywareHammer (link in my signature) or at one of the links in the recommended sites section on this page:

Unexpectedly that is the reason, I have the issue which is similar.
