Unless you were having malware problems prior to that, it is probably not due to an infection. I suggest posting for help on a general computer problems forum or a Microsoft Operating Systems Forum. Because of forum upgrades, these Dell forums will be in read-only mode for 5 days, and that may prevent you from addressing your problem in a timely manner.
