Do any 2 Online scans TrendMicro Panda RAV Kaspersky McAfeeBit Defender Symantec
eTrust AV web scanner http://virusscan.jotti.dhs.org/ and let us know what they find. use the clean options when you do the scan.
try and write down and post the exact error on the blue screen which would help us troubleshoot better.
